Return Process

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original box with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
